Job description
Krosswood Doors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality doors, we are committed to providing exceptional products and service to our customers. This role will be instrumental in driving our merchandising strategy and expanding our presence in big box stores, with a focus on leveraging digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and managing our online presence through Shopify.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility in big box stores, with a particular emphasis on Home Depot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales both in-store and online.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving online sales growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the home improvement or retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing merchandising initiatives in big box stores, with a focus on Home Depot.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Experience in managing a team; team player.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
