Amazon Portfolio Manager

We help deliver scalable solutions for clients regardless of industry. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Portfolio Manager to add to our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of brands on Amazon Vendor and Seller Central
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, improve visibility, and enhance overall brand presence on Amazon.
- Stay updated on Amazon's policies, algorithms, and trends to ensure maximum visibility and compliance for our brands.
- Work collaboratively with brands’ leadership, marketing, and operations teams to help brands achieve sales goals and implement best practices
- Identify growth opportunities, shopper trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions for innovation, promotional planning, and Amazon best practices.
- Drive sales growth on the Amazon platform by optimizing product listings (PDP Copy, Images, A+ Content), pricing strategies, promotional activities (Lightning Deals, Best Deals, Prime Exclusive Discounts), and Amazon programs such as Buy With Prime
- Develop and implement Amazon advertising strategy to drive incremental sales, increase AOV, and maximize Return on Ad Spend across all Amazon ad types.
- Work cross-functionally with the operations teams of internal and external brands for day-to-day operations related to Amazon, including account health, inventory management, FBA replenishment, deal setup, and case log management
- Utilize Amazon tools and analytics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate with the digital marketing teams, external vendors, and Amazon account managers to develop and implement comprehensive Amazon advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients within the portfolio, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of Amazon's platform and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in managing Amazon accounts for e-commerce brands.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central, Vendor Central, and advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- P&L Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Certification in Amazon Advertising or related fields is a plus.
