ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of insurance accounts and provide top-notch service to ensure client satisfaction.
Consultation: Understand clients' insurance needs and propose suitable coverage options.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risks and exposures to recommend appropriate coverage levels.
New Business: Actively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
Policing Administration: Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with various insurance products and coverage options.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
