Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize insurance documents and records
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication with clients and partners
- Perform data entry and update databases
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Insurance Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
