Job description
Teksouth is seeking an HR Personnel Coordinator to serve as the resident coordinator for tracking and updating information on all Air Force Elements to work onsite at Andrews AFB, MD.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Directorate in tracking and updating information on organizational elements using the Global Customer Support Tool
- Track inbound and outbound Senior Air Force Officers (SAFOs) and Senior Enlisted Leaders (SELs) for each AF Element comprising roughly 2800 Personnel Accounting Symbol Codes (PAS codes) for 40 Command Identification Codes.
- Monitor government-provided Personnel System Gains and Loss rosters to identify new and departing members for the key roles of SAFO, AF Element Commander (if applicable), and SEL.
- Establish contact with inbound/outbound SAFOs, AFELM/CCs, and SELs; obtain non-AF email addresses and other contact information as required.
- Work with the organization to identify services provided for any new PAS codes.
- Update the Global Customer Support Tool at least weekly, to include new/deleted PAS Codes, key personnel, and changes in services performed by the organization or one of its subordinate units.
- Use the Global Account Listing (GAL) or other government-provided means to email electronic welcome packages to all personnel with assignments to an organization element before they depart from their current duty station.
- Provide backup administrative support for oversight of the Director's and the Deputy Director's daily workflow and all types of communication and correspondence.
- Ensure consistency and regulatory compliance by advising the Director and office staff per rules, regulations, and policies provided by the Government.
- Assist the Directorate and clerical staff with administrative duties as assigned. To include but not limited to maintaining office procedures and records/files of various types and locating/selecting the appropriate guidelines, references, and procedures for application to specific cases. May be responsible for the receipt, control, logging, and safekeeping of classified material received.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of DoD Military HR experience (Air Force Military HR experience preferred)
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent years of experience will be considered.
- Must have NACI or equivalent security clearance.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Experience using/entering data on a SharePoint or related platform.
- Experience in task management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe programs and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
- Skilled in fact-finding, problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems.
