Position: Hiring RNs and LPNs in Pendleton, Indiana
We are currently seeking to hire full-time Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our teams in Pendleton, Indiana, at the following facilities:
- Correctional Industrial Facility
- Pendleton Correctional Facility
- Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility
Position Overview:
- Both the LPN and RN are responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.
- Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.
Qualifications:
- Indiana LPN/RN license or compact license
- Current CPR
- Corrections experience not required (new grads are welcome)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
Available shifts:
- LPN: Day and night - three 12 hours shifts per week, every other weekend, and PRN
- RN: Day and night - three 12 hours shifts per week, every other weekend, and PRN
