What’s Under the Hood
DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, this position calls for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a results-oriented and high performance team.The position’s main focus is to provide settlement offers and payment plans for charged-off loans and deficiency balances to our customers.
In long, this position is responsible to:
- Generate customer contact for charged off and deficiency balance loans
- Negotiate an initial settlement offer and/or payment plan on remaining balances
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Maintain positive working relationships and communication with all operations groups
- Performs other related duties as assigned

The Specifics.
- $22/hour
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Between 3 to 10 years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry.
- Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-5pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
