Job description
A Welding Specialist performs welding (MIG) operations in a fast paced environment in workstations that have required cycle times. Team Members work in a culture that thrives on lean manufacturing principles both on and off the production line. Weld Specialist Requirements Include: - Basic technical knowledge of Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) welding techniques and setup, verification, and operation of welding equipment - Basic knowledge of blueprint layouts and symbols - The ability to perform common welds and standardized layouts of parts prior to welding - The ability to pass the Genie Weld Test - All equipment you'll need to perform your job will be provided Benefits Package for Full Time Team Members Include but Not Limited to: - A Paid On-Site Welding Program for career development - Medical, Dental, Vision - 401K - Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off - Quarterly bonuses and guaranteed step grade increase every 6 months
Sign on Bonus has three payments of $500 paid out at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.
