-Provide proactive high quality tax services to clients
-Prepare intermediate and advanced tax returns and gain experience in various areas of taxation.
-Supervise and review tax work performed by staff, provide feedback and keep managers informed as to staff performance.
-Identify opportunities to improve the client's operations, tax position and accounting process.
-Conduct tax research and communicate findings to supervisors.
-Recognize and inform managers and partners of opportunities to increase and improve services provided to clients.
-Use technology to efficiently prepare tax returns, conduct tax research, share information with team members and provide quality client service.
-Accounting and financial statement preparation skills
-Working knowledge of Quickbooks
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Good tax research skills
-Commitment to providing outstanding client service
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
