Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Bedside/Direct Care
Pathlight is seeking to hire Bedside/Direct Care LPN's/RN's to provide care to adults with developmental disabilities, brain injury, and/or mental health needs in small residential group homes . Working with a small nurse-to-patient ratio, the LPN and/or RN ensures the safety, well-being, and comfort of the individuals under their care. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and program care team to monitor and address the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of individuals served.
Summary of position : Perform nursing duties to provide direct and indirect nursing care including health maintenance, teaching, counseling, planning and restoration for individuals with developmental disabilities. Provide support and instruction to families, day program providers, and direct care staff in keeping with Program policies, Nurse Practice Act and related standards and accepted practice.
Qualifications:
SALARY RANGE: Non-Exempt hourly rates are determined based on license type and years of experience. Range from $30.47-$44.78. Don't forget to ask about our competitive hiring and retention bonus available to our nursing staff.
Position requires: Travel (mileage reimbursed), driver's license with acceptable driving record history, vehicle, professional references, and acceptable CORI.
Locations: We have small residential group homes throughout Western Mass towns in the areas of Springfield, Greenfield and Hadley, MA.
