Full-Time Lead Recruiter position with Perricone Farms in Newport Beach, CA.
This position is a Full-Time, Monday-Friday ONSITE role. Perricone Farms has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented High-Volume Recruiter. As the Lead Recruiter at Perricone Farms, you will be charged with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for roles in the Vero Beach, FL, Beaumont, CA, and Newport Beach, CA facilities. This Lead Recruiter position is the first full-time dedicated recruiter role at Perricone Farms and will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources. As the first full-time dedicated recruiter, you will have the opportunity to impact recruitment processes, recruitment technology, candidate experience, and more.
Objectives of this role As a Lead Recruiter, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies that will help streamline the Perricone hiring process and ensure that open positions are filled with top performers. You will also work collaboratively with Hiring Managers to identify position requirements, create job postings, and present qualified candidates. Youll partner with the HR team to coordinate new employee onboarding and due diligence. You will track recruitment metrics, provide Hiring Managers with weekly/monthly reports, and provide an overall recruitment scorecard to the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of talent acquisition strategies and processes (from identifying openings through employee starting) to attract and retain top talent for all open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Resources to identify key skill needs and prioritize open positions.
- Develop and communicate performance metrics for talent acquisition and use the metrics to improve internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment standards and regulations within the talent acquisition processes.
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
- Train hiring managers and stakeholders on TA procedures / tools.
Food Safety Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
- Assist in the maintenance of Food Safety and Quality system.
- Responsible for Non-GMO SGS Supply Chain Standards
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of professional experience
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for high-volume roles and executive positions.
- Experience recruiting for hiring managers in multiple states / remote settings.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing or production is a plus.
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Products
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Ability to train hiring managers on interview / talent acquisition best practices.
- Self-driven, with initiative and curiosity to creatively solve problems and get results.
- Strong team player and able to establish collaborative relationships with customers.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual skills a plus.
- Experience sourcing candidates from different outlets
- In the office (Newport Beach, CA) 5 days a week with occasional travel to manufacturing sites
