Position : Systems Administrator ( 40 hours per week (Full-time))
Location: Damian Consulting Inc (5800 E. Campus Circle Dr, STE # 150A, Irving, TX 75063)
Job Duties :Install, Configure, monitor and Maintain UNIX Servers and Underlying Database servers to ensure high performance Websites operate correctly and without interruption and to support and to support distributed processing of large data sets. Plan and Coordinate network and data communication between Hardware and Software for Sun Solaris based Unix servers to help in distributed processing of large datasets efficiently. Work under supervision. Travel required to unanticipated client sites.
Education Required :Master Degree or Equivalent (Bachelor Degree plus 5 years progressive work experience) in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Applications or closely related field.
Experience Required: 6 months experience in job offered or 6 months experience as an IT Consultant or Systems Administrator, Unix Admin, Analyst or Programmer or Developer or a very closely related field. Experience should include Sun Solaris and Unix administration.
