Job description
Will need to travel to other local offices for health checks and administration.
- 6 to 10 year experience on managing video conferencing equipment & devices.
- Provide administration, monitoring, and support of video conferencing services.
- Administration and deploy improvements to the in-house studio.
- Works with engineers to identify the design needs for cost effective conferencing and A/V solutions.
- Assess, test, and manage all video equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
- Provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.
- Works with training department to develop learning content and best practices for using room equipment and Teams meetings.
