PaceMate® Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer (full-time, 100% remote job)
Primary Location: U.S.
The PaceMateBisiness Intelligence (BI) Engineer position will require a candidate with a strong focus on data visualization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge using PaceMate LIVE's advanced querying system (AQS) and MySQL databases.

Essential Functions 1. Develop and maintain Bl solutions, dashboards, and reports using AQS, assisting stakeholders in
visualizing key business metrics and insights.
2. Design, build, and deploy Bl solutions, including developing database models (relational and
dimensional) and processing solutions using MySQL.
3. Translate business needs to technical specifications, working in close coordination with the
business analysis team.
4. Maintain and support data analytics platforms, ensuring system performance and user
accessibility.
5. Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and improve data quality and database performance.
6. Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any
issues that arise.
7. Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
8. Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
9. Provide end-user training and support on new reports and dashboards

Experience/ Education 1. Proven experience as a Bl Engineer or Data Scientist, particularly with a focus on creating intuitive data visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
2. Demonstrated experience in extracting and analyzing data from relational databases and data warehouses.
3. Proficiency with AQS and MySQL databases, including designing, building, and maintaining sustainable and scalable data pipelines.
4. Experience with Bl technologies and visualization tools.
5. Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
6. Experience in the healthcare industry and with healthcare data is highly desired.
7. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field or equivalent experience.
