Job description

Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (case manager), full-time 40 hours/week; on call, weekend, holiday rotation required, may exceed 40 hours; Flex time (or paid time off) available after 40 hours for work life balance. Competitive salary based on experience. Bachelor's degree in social or human service, education, health, therapy, or other degree as designated by Department of Human Services (DHS); experience working with individuals with disabilities; benefits include vacation, sick, 3% annual retirement program when eligible, health/dental; mileage reimbursement (currently .625ยข/mi.); Career path opportunities available. Highlights of job responsibilities include Participate in Residents' Person Center Plans to create/implement outcomes and strategies; teaching, supervising, and collaborating with staff/residents/families/community agencies (etc.); computer skills necessary, laptop provided; phone skills; flexibility with working from home or alternate location.
