Job description
OCES is celebrating over 50 years of support to elders and adults with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services that promote healthy and safe lives for our consumers.
As OCES continues to grow our Quality team, we are seeking an experienced individual to be our Quality Analyst, responsible for working with the Quality Improvement Manager and operational team members to understand business goals to find actionable solutions to improve OCES' clinical, financial, and strategic goals.
What you will do:
- Partners with other departments quality resources across OCES to improve and enhance the company's analytical metrics and quality improvements
- Engages directly with business and program teams to assist them in understanding current data and business impact while driving required business change
- Executes data extraction, transfer and loading from various technical sources
- Independently delves into the detailed program process and data analytics to establish fact-based findings
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related field required, Masters preferred
- Three years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience with WellSky products used by ASAP network
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including but not limited to Excel/Pivot Tables, Macros, data manipulation functions
