OVERVIEW & SCOPE OF THE ROLE

The Financial Leader works to support the Global Finance Director Operations as well as working closely with sites operations on local projects which will make a tangible difference to the business. As a key member of the site’s management teams, the role will have broad interaction with a wide range of stakeholders both on site as well as globally.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is responsible for driving financial performance, internal controls and being a proactive business partner to the plant managers for both the St Mary's, Dunn and Coudersport sites. Key responsibilities include closing and financial reporting, leading the accounting function for both sites including maintenance of an adequate internal control environment, system integration, ERP management, and change management.
