That’s where you come in! We are hiring a meticulously organized Account Support Representative to assist our channel sales team. This role will provide operational support, issue resolution, and market intelligence to get our products on shelves as efficiently as possible and create a best-in-class experience for our fans and trading partners. They'll also be a trusted advisor to our Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers as the team pursues new business and innovations. Responsibilities: Customer Communications: Proactively supply product data to distribution, mass retail, and e-commerce accounts. Ensure all partners are empowered to bring WOTC products to market at strategically optimal times. Digital Merchandising Support: Upload/deliver new product content (product shots, setup info, metadata, etc) for channel partners to assist in launching new product listings with timeliness and 100% accuracy. Purchase Order Stewardship: Collaborate with KAMs, Demand Planners, EDI specialists, and the Warehouse team to steward new POs from receipt to shipment. Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with emerging trading partners. Serve as a valued consultant on all things WOTC - from product configurations and pricing to marketing schedules and strategies. Presentation and Reporting: Curate sales presentations and reporting to empower internal partners to make data-based decisions. Enthusiasm turning sales data into meaningful narratives and action items. Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with the Marketing, Product Strategy, and SEO teams and others to collect product information, coordinate promotions, and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience in building relationships with key partners. Intimate knowledge e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS). Passion for creating the best possible shopping experience for fans of Magic and D&D. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and grammar. Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems and data entry processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
