Dry Pros is the leading provider of disaster restoration and reconstruction services in the Greater Atlanta Area. We assist homeowners in putting their properties (and lives) back together after a very traumatic and stressful event such as flood, storm and fire damage. We work with insurance companies throughout the entire claims process for our customers. Dry Pros is a full service restoration provider. We assist in emergency water cleanup 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Your Role at Dry Pros:

• Customer Service: Answer phone calls promptly and pleasantly. Managing customer experience.
• Project Management Support : Strong understanding of the insurance claim work flow process – Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, and other Environmental work. Assist in managing new projects by keeping track of the smallest details. Ensure field personnel are completing compliance tasks and all related job work flows in a timely manner. Be available to support crews on the ground with quick preparation of documents and invoices.
• Bookkeeping and Collection: Take charge in negotiating payments with insurance adjusters and holding people accountable.
• Office Management: Ensure customer service expectations are met as well as manage overall office area, track supplies and place orders with vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven office admin /managerial experience (3+years) 
• Restoration industry knowledge/experience in an office setting or similar role preferred.
• Tech Savvy with a solid understanding and comfortability utilizing account management softwares such as Quickbooks online, Xactimate and Dash.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
