Certified Mobile Notary Service (Apply with Get.It is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Signing Agent Contractor to work remotely in the U.S.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make sure our real estate closings go off without a hitch.
Create great rapport in the room and gracefully roll with the ever changing dynamics of real estate settlements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong background with multi-party purchase transactions.
Live locally to your preferred coverage area.
Commissioned notary in the areas you take on closings.
Prefer a Licensed Title Producer designation.
SKILLS:
A can-do attitude where the customer is always right.
Truly exceptional signing agents that enjoy their role in the process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work from home.
Computer and Internet.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
PAYMENT: $125.00 to $200.00per loan signing appointment
