Akima Infrastructure Services, LLC (AIS), is actively seeking candidates to support personnel as part of our staff augmentation team supporting the Department of Energy in Albuquerque, NM.

We are seeking a highly motivated team member with excellent communication, customer service and time management skills to support the Product Definition Tools and Resources department 2966. The selected candidate will perform a variety of roles and responsibilities in Creo Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of the Design Engineering community. Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite.
On any given day, the selected applicant will be asked to:
-Support engineering and design staff to answer and/or resolve PTC CAD application matters.
-Support engineering and design staff to answer and/or resolve PDMLink/Creo integration matters.
-Test and Configure PTC CAD applications and associated libraries.
-Deploy PTC CAD configurations and associated libraries.
-Mentor less-experienced staff.
