Condustrial, Inc is searching for a TRAVELING SERVICE TECHNICIAN with TEXTILE experience!!!

51 Concourse Way, Greer, SC 29650

Shift 6a-4pm Mon-Thurs

Pay $30-$35/hour based on experience

MUST HAVE TEXTILE EXPERIENCE to be considered for this position.

• As a Field Service Technician you will need skills as a good communicator, and the mechanical and electrical knowledge to repair, troubleshoot, modify and test complex technical problems
• Extensive travel (80%) within a set geographical area. The services are provided on-site at our customer’s facilities and via telephone if the situation permits
• Travel the country to customer locations to perform installation, diagnosis, repair and preventative maintenance of equipment
• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone in a professional manner
• Perform field and software upgrades
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment
• Complete required paperwork on time (e.g., service reports, discrepancy reports, expense reports, etc.) on a timely basis
• Experience with PLC's is a must as well as industrial electrical experience.
• 1+ years of experience with technical troubleshooting
• Experience as field service in the machine tool industry a plus
• Skilled in electrical measurement and inspection techniques.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems
• Must be located or in the process of moving to the Greenville/Spartanburg area.
• Must provide authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon office visit.
• Willing to submit to random drug testing.
• Ability to follow instructions and follow safety guidelines.
