Job description
Fleet Logistics Administrator for our Rental Car Department will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. This role will answer calls, address customers' questions and needs, and provide an overall welcoming environment. Fleet Logistics Administrator will also assist with inspecting vehicles before and after they are rented.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to travel if needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and data entry experience
- Multi-line telephone experience
- Professional appearance and disposition
- Fluent in the English language
- Strong listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly
- Detail oriented
- Problem solver
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be a team player, self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a multi-line phone system
- Check daily on existing inventory for compliance of our standards such as full tank of gas, cleanliness of vehicle and damage
- Answer all incoming calls; ideally by the third ring with a friendly voice, polite, professional manner, and transfer them to the appropriate person or department quickly
- Efficiently communicate with callers
- Assist with creating loaner agreements ensuring that clients provide current driver’s license, current insurance, and valid credit card
- Take detailed messages of calls including name, phone number, and time of call
- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-outs by inspecting possible damage, check fuel levels, excessive miles, and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints effectively and direct the customer if required to the appropriate manager
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions customers may have
- Maintain the office filing system
- Assist in ensuring returned vehicles are washed, fueled, and ready to go for clients within 2 hours of the initial return
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 (depending on experience)
