Essential Job Duties:This position seeks a motivated and dedicated program manager for the NSF-funded Convergence Accelerator project. The program manager is expected to help coordinate team activities and support administration work.

Other Work/Responsibilities:• Help coordinate team activities related to this project, including but not limited to organizing monthly team meetings and a partnership workshop
• Attend the Innovation curriculum organized by NSF, and be able to complete assignments on schedule
• Support project-related admin work, such as preparing a new IRB application, IP application, award-related documents (biosketch, etc.), or research progress reports
• Interact with off-campus partners such as end users, industry partners, and stakeholders
Bachelor of Science degree or higher degree in science, engineering, or related fields
Department Required Skills:• Strong communication skills;
• Proficiency in team management software, such as MS Office, meeting scheduling tools, zoom, etc.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and creatively solve problems
• Past experience in managing academic projects, planning big events, or similar experience is a plus
