Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as an ERP Support Analyst in beautiful Denver? We're seeking a passionate individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Not only will you be at the forefront of innovation, but you'll also have the opportunity to provide essential support to our IT department.
What You'll Be Doing: As an ERP Support Analyst, your primary focus will be on assisting with the development and upkeep of our ERP system. This means diving into technical challenges, resolving system issues efficiently, and communicating effectively with both management and users. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, ensuring that our systems run seamlessly to meet our business needs. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Customer Support: Quickly identify and resolve system and procedural issues, gathering information and performing analysis to meet requirements effectively. Application Support: Utilize ERP solutions and ticketing systems to identify and resolve system issues. You'll also be responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting automations and configurations. Help Desk: Provide technical support across all platforms for internal and remote users. You'll maintain our IT call tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to inquiries. What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone with 3-5 years of experience in cloud-based ERP solutions, preferably with Infor Products. While a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, certifications combined with relevant experience will also be considered.
