Must-Haves:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or relevant years of experience, preferably in Power generation
- 6+ years of commercial generator experience, performing inspection, maintenance, and repair
- Commercial/Industrial experience in Generators
- Willing to work in a shop
- Experience managing direct reports as Technicians

Responsibilities:
- You will manage a diverse team of multi-skilled technicians, ensuring safety practices and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, handling purchase orders and service order execution, providing timely support to customers and the service center team, and managing fleet and staff deployment for daily activities and projects.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or relevant experience in Power generation and HVAC
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with flexibility and adaptability
- Management experience in a diverse and technical environment
