Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Sales Enablement, you will be a pivotal force in translating our growth, product, and marketing strategies into actionable sales enablement resources. Your mission will be to equip our front-line team members with the training, tactics, tools, and metrics needed to excel and exceed sales objectives.

You will kickstart your journey by developing a unified sales program targeting consumer and small business banking, with plans to broaden your impact across additional sectors following early successes.

Responsibilities Include:

Evaluating and enhancing sales effectiveness, creating a seamless ecosystem of processes, technology, and tools to ethically achieve sales targets.
Collaborating with key departments to refine sales strategies and implement a lead management framework.
Developing and enhancing sales processes, tools, and training programs in partnership with IT and business unit leaders to foster adoption and success.
Leading the design of exceptional new account opening, loan origination, and member onboarding experiences across various channels.
Spearheading sales training strategies and working with the Learning & Development team to ensure effective delivery and execution.
Providing insightful sales analytics and reporting to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
Managing sales incentives and recognition programs that promote ethical practices and align with our mission and values.
Driving the CRM/Salesforce priorities to support organizational sales efforts.
Managing third-party relationships and overseeing sales project lifecycles to uphold operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge and expertise in B2C and B2B sales strategies within the financial services sector.
Proven experience with CRM platforms, notably Salesforce, and adept at vendor negotiations and management.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated success in project and change management, capable of leading initiatives from concept to completion.
A history of innovative thinking and initiative in developing new strategies and solutions.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.

Experience & Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 10 years of management experience within a high-performing team environment.
A minimum of 5 years dedicated to sales enablement, CRM system management (preferably Salesforce), and project/program management.
Working Conditions:
This position offers a hybrid work environment with the necessity for occasional travel to branches and events. Participation in our Driving Program is required, ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational standards.

Compensation:
Starting at $180,000 to $280,000 annually, based on experience, with a comprehensive compensation philosophy reflecting the role's scope, the candidate's experience, and key skills.
