Position Overview:
The company is currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. As an ISA, you will play a vital role in our customer acquisition strategy and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities:
As an ISA, your primary responsibilities will include:

Initiating contact with potential customers and following up on leads.
Identifying customer needs and recognizing sales opportunities.
Setting qualified appointments for our real estate agents.
Assisting with sales agent database management.
Responding to customer inquiries and providing additional information.
Building and maintaining a customer database.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A current Real Estate License (applications without a current RE license will not be considered).
Proficiency in MAC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive. Willingness to learn new software and programs.
Strong attention to detail in data entry within spreadsheets and various software applications.
Preferred two years of sales experience.
Fearless phone skills and a results-driven mindset.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with the potential for bonuses. Earnings are unlimited and directly related to your determination and daily performance.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands for this role are as follows:

Sitting
Keyboarding
Viewing a computer monitor
Work Environment:
You will be working in a professional office setting, with the possibility of some remote work. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to support the business is expected. Occasional travel to other locations or conference sites may be required for meetings.
