We are currently seeking an accomplished and dynamic National Account Manager with a focus on beauty to join the UK subsidiary. This role is particularly critical as the business phases on a new and exciting phase of growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in realizing ambitious objectives in the UK market and within our organization.

Responsibilities
- Hold responsibly for the Boots National Account and Pureplayers. Spearheading growth initiatives in the UK across pivotal online and offline accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to define and execute account-specific strategies.
- Utilize comprehensive data and business analytics to formulate commercial strategies, proactively identifying opportunities for both Sell-in and Sell-out growth.
- Ensure precision in commercial reporting and forecasting.
- Strategically optimize brand space and presentation to elevate the overall image within designated accounts.
- Cultivate robust relationships with retailers, acquiring profound knowledge to drive business development and optimize return on investment.
- Conduct regular store visits within allocated accounts, either independently or alongside the field sales team.
- Monitor and communicate competitor activity and performance within the designated National Account Groups.
- Execute and conclude projects as directed by the General Manager.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in proven sales experience as a national account exec/manager in the retail industries, preferably within the Beauty sector.
- Proficient experience with UK Department Stores and Beauty Online players (experience with specific companies is advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with meticulous organization.
- Exceptional planning, monitoring, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in P&L and budget planning.
- Advanced customer management skills, including effective communication and impactful presentation delivery.
- Demonstrates a robust sense of individual accountability and autonomy in work.
- Willingness to contribute innovative ideas and approaches.
- Commitment to delivering results and achieving ambitious targets.
- Flexible approach, capable of adapting to challenges and changing priorities.
