Office Manager
Pay Range: $75000 to $85000 Salaried

Parsons CPA is a growing Charlottebased firm looking for serviceoriented personable growthfocused team players to service our privately held small to midsize business clients. Our team of 25 employees continues to grow and we need someone to lead facilitate and consult on the process.
Skills :
Responsibilities will include:
Human Resource Management:
- Promote positive employee relations and address any issues and concerns that are identified in a timely and professional manner
- Leads and performs the recruitment and onboarding tasks using a variety of methods to identify and source candidates including monitoring and management of job posting cycles
- Execute semiannual performance review process and documentation of promotions and compensation changes
- Manage and maintain all benefits program records and communications
- Document Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance for all licensed professionals
- Prepare and distribute employee welcome celebratory recognition and incentive offerings
- Stay current on the company s organization structure personnel policy and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Administrative Management:
- Provide guidance and backup support to other administrative teammates
- Focus on delegation accountability and positive reinforcement to ensure a successful team
- Maintain office supplies and equipment responsible for all purchasing
- Manage office building maintenance and repairs as needed
Financial Management:
- Supervise the firm s internal accounting function including preparing financial reports analyzing expenses and budgeting
- Review vendor agreements with recommendations for partner approval
Executive Management:
- Coordinate communicate and schedule firmwide meetings benefits info updates leadership meetings morale events trainings surveys etc.
- Organize and supervise electronic records in firm Knowledge Base
- Special projects for partners related to firm management
