Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for two part time receptionists to join our team at our newest location in Lockport, IL. Start training now so we can hit the ground running!

Position Hours:

Evening Hours: 3:30pm - Close (8pm) and rotating Saturdays

Receptionists are key members of our team and usually the first person a customer interacts with at our dealership! We are looking for energetic and outgoing team members to greet and direct customers as they walk in the door and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and track all incoming calls and visitors.
• Professionally communicate with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Receipt various forms of payment.
• Data Entry for Inventory Management.
• Daily sales reporting.

We are looking for some one who:

• Is able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Has customer service experience
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
