The Investment Management portfolio is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Vestmark / UMA Vendor Management Product team. This role will contribute to a team that is delivering best-in-class experiences for our UMA program and emerging high-net-worth business segment. The position has a broad scope of responsibility and requires an understanding of one or more complex systems, vendor and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to make effective decisions that have substantial risk and/or legal, regulatory, or financial implications.
Digital Product Management is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Vestmark / UMA Vendor Management Product team. This role will contribute to a team delivering best-in-class experiences for our UMA program and emerging high-net-worth business segment. The position has a broad scope of responsibility and requires an understanding of one or more complex systems, vendor and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to make effective decisions that have substantial risk and/or legal, regulatory, or financial implications
What You’ll Do:
- Liaison between technology team members and key stakeholders to maintain, enhance, or integrate firm systems and data by proactively identifying cross-divisional opportunities or serving on a formal project team in support of new systems and data.
- Supports multiple highly complex business processes and serves as a functional leader.
- Be the Voice of the Client: Provide a deep understanding of the end-user, client experience, and product capabilities to the product team when defining and delivering user value and firm outcomes.
- Create, maintain, and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
- Create and execute multiple project plans simultaneously with moderate to high complexity.
- Refinement of Features and User Stories of moderate to high complexity through collaboration between product owner, product team, and business stakeholders
- Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis resulting in the identification of new systems and data.
- Understanding of enterprise systems and impacts of change.
What You'll Need - Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience designing and implementing functional systems and data or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience with Agile and/or Product Management concepts (such as user story writing, Agile events, and backlog refinement)
- Troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve, and escalate problems. Identifies the need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with associates, general partners, and executives; possess expert interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lead other associates without authority.
- Ability to support multiple moderate to highly complex products and prioritize assigned tasks/projects with minimal assistance.
- Ability to summarize highly complex business cases, system information, and concepts and communicate information and updates to stakeholders and firm leadership.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-divisional leaders using verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and scenario modeling.
- Previous experience with workflow management tools, such as PEGA, is a plus
- Previous experience with data extraction and BI tools (SQL, Oracle Reporting Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
