The Sr. Product Manager, Office Channel role is an essential member of the HeartFlow commercial organization and will report directly to the VP Marketing. In this position, you will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy to drive CCTA growth and FFT CT utilization in the Office setting - Outpatient Imaging Centers (OPIC), A mbulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and Office Based Labs (OBLs). #LI-Remote; #LI-IB1
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the patient journey and cultivate deep understanding of customer needs, market barriers and opportunities.
- Customize HeartFlow value propositions/ key messages and develop initiatives to drive CCTA growth in the office-based setting. Develop referring physician and Direct to Patient messaging and campaigns.
- Understand barriers to FFR CT adoption and develop initiatives to drive utilization at the account level with Ordering physicians, Imagers and ICs.
- Collaborate with New Business Product Marketing, Plaque Marketing and Office Based team to ensure cohesive marketing plan.
- Partner with Marketing Communications to build and execute the omnichannel strategy, including digital marketing and conventions, to reach target customer segments.
- Collaborate with Sales Training to build content for continued education of the salesforce.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and Field Advisory Board to develop effective tools for salesforce to achieve results.
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs to identify podium presentations at key conferences
- Closely manage timelines across all activities to drive execution.
- Set metrics to measure the effectiveness of the marketing programs.
Ideal Background Will Include: - Experience with Radiology/Cardiology groups in the Office based setting.
- Track record in developing and launching marketing initiatives in the healthcare space to drive business results
- Translating complex clinical evidence and health economics data to support value proposition and build commercial messaging
- Close collaboration with cross-functional team and sales organization to drive campaign execution
- Experience working with Imaging Cardiologists/Radiologist, General Cardiologist, Interventional Cardiologist and CV line Administrators
Skillset Requirements: - Strong business acumen & commerical experience
- Proven ability to establish/set marketing strategy and drive execution
- Critical and analytical thinking to solve business challenges
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results
Educational Requirements and Work Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably business or science.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or market development, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing or market development
- Previous medical device, life science, or healthcare commercial marketing and market development experience, including developing and launching marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive adoption.
- Travel requirement 30-40%
This position has an estimated base salary of $150,000 - $180,000, a cash bonus and stock options. HeartFlow is a mature start-up, pre-ipo market place leader, changing the paradigm in Coronary Artery Disease Diagnostics.
