What You Know:

• Design Tools: Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Familiarity with Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
• Versatility: Ability to work on a variety of projects, including layout design, packaging, iconography, advertising, email design, social media assets, and photo retouching/editing. Photography skills are a plus.
• Design Principles: Strong grasp of core design principles, encompassing typography, form, color, composition, and imagery.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to remain positive in the face of feedback and adapt quickly to changes.
• Creative Thinking: Innovative thinker with a strong creative mindset, bringing fresh perspectives to design challenges.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Trend Awareness: Dedication to staying current with industry trends, design software updates, and evolving skills.
• Audience Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the target demographic, including understanding their preferences, dislikes, and motivations. Skill in tailoring design strategies and content to resonate effectively with the target audience.
