To support our growth and project demands, we are seeking a skilled and organized Industrial Manufacturing Job Shop Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

   • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
   • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.

2. Resource Allocation:

   • Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
   • Work closely with production teams to optimize workflow and meet project requirements.

3. Budget Management:

   • Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
   • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures when necessary.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.
   • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Client Communication:

   • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
   • Address client concerns or changes in project scope promptly and professionally.

6. Risk Management:

   • Identify potential risks and challenges, implementing proactive measures to mitigate issues.
   • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.

7. Team Leadership:

   • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and production staff.
   • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to enhance team performance.

8. Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including project plans, reports, and client communication.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in project management within an industrial manufacturing or job shop environment.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and project lifecycle.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Proficient in project management tools and software.
7. Leadership and team management experience.
8. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
