To be the go-to role for all marketing analytics and insight for Stericycle’s business units across EMEAA. The role will provide proactive and reactive strategic and tactical marketing analysis and insight to support better understanding of our markets, our customers and our marketing effectiveness in order to drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth. This role will play a key part in helping to define and shape future growth strategies.
Strategic analysis of markets, customers and vertical segments, understanding growth/decline rate trends, providing actionable insights and identifiable opportunities to direct future marketing and wider commercial strategy.
Implement tracking and measurement tools to assess and report return on marketing investment and
marketing campaign performance including new product launches and long-range planning.
Implement strategic and tactical customer and market research surveys to gain intelligence and insights undertaken in-house and through managing external agencies.
Work with Sales Operations analysts to ensure marketing insights are fed into Sales Operations and vice versa.
Completing ad hoc requests for information and analysis to help support the business make informed data driven decisions to seize opportunities and drive results.
Communicating analysis and results in a clear and coherent manner.
Required Education: Bachelor's or equivalent.
Preferred Experience: Broad extensive knowledge of theories and techniques of a function.
Years of management experience preferred: 2-4 years.

Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High level of ambition and self-motivation.
Ability to work on individual projects as well as collaborative ones.
Logical and tenacious approach, demonstrating a can-do attitude.
