Job Title: Multifamily Superintendent
Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Salary: $110K-$160K DOE + Bonuses + Extensive Benefits Package + Relocation Assistance provided!

We are a 20+ year old GC specializing in Multifamily projects since our inception, we have expanded our project list to commercial as well but Multifamily has always been our bread and butter. We continue to grow in our field and our project list also includes: high-rise residential, vertical construction, hospitality, industrial, retail, corporate, and tenant improvements/remodels. As a Superintendent, you will be managing the on-site field team and ensuring construction timelines are met in a timely manner, while ensuring jobsite safety and compliance. What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee all field operations and job site performance as well as execution for on-time and efficient project delivery/completion
- Attend pre-job meetings and owners meetings
- Supervise all phases of construction projects, subcontractors and staffing requirements for each phase
- Effectively communicate with subcontractors, clients, owners, architects, engineers, city officials, and personnel
- Develop, maintain and perform weekly/daily update of construction project schedules
- Identify risks and develop plans to minimize risks
- Ensure safety compliance on job sites with staging and job safety plans
- Reviews, evaluates, develop schedules, and logistics plans

What You Need for this Position

Preferred Experience with:
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of Multifamily Construction industry experience but also open to 5-10+ years of combined construction industry experience
- Experience with multi-story/level residential projects, high-rise residential, vertical construction, senior living, etc
- Experience with supervising job-site staff in all phases of construction projects
- Effective Communication with field team members, clients, internal staff, upper management, client relations, etc.
- Manage project safety and risk management

Nice to have:
- Experience with commercial construction in addition to multifamily (A Plus!)
- Experience with hospitality, hotels, restaurants, retail, corporate buildings, industrial, etc
