Job description
22 nd Century Technologies is seeking an Oracle Cloud PPM specialist to join our ERP team. The candidate shall supervise business requirements by leading functional design and process design stages of Oracle Cloud PPM implementations. The person shall provide thought leadership and guidance to clients to implement modern best practices and functionality of cloud application. Serve as a leader, collaborate, and communicate effectively among client stakeholders and project team members to mitigate risks, enable transformation, define business outcomes, document change impacts for better user adoption and successful deployment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and assist clients in transforming their current business processes to Oracle Cloud Projects and Portfolio Management application.
- Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiencies and profitability of client business.
- Design, prototype, and iterate solutions in Oracle for Federal, State and Local clients to resolve pain points and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Configure Oracle PPM Cloud based on business requirements and functional design.
- Lead and manage a small team of consultants as required by the project.
- Perform pre-sales activities, such as demonstrating solutions to potential customers and participating in proposal creation.
- Responsible for capturing business requirements, functional design, configuration, PaaS extensions, data conversions, integrations and reporting.
- Prepare training materials and SOPs to help train the end users and validate solutions.
- Provide status updates to internal teams, client teams and executive leadership throughout the project.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle PPM trends to provide the best practical solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Oracle PPM Cloud implementation and/or support experience
- Integration experience with third party project/portfolio management related applications.
- Strong experience in all functional aspects of cloud application; requirements gathering, functional design, conversion, configuration, PaaS extensions, validation testing, integration, and deployment.
- Oracle PPM application implementation and support experience in these business functions:
- Project Structure Capital/Operating Projects
- Project to Grants Management integration/Funds Check and Allocation
- Project Budgeting
- Project Contracts and Billing
- Project to Asset Management Integration for capital projects
- Project Accounting/Custom SLA rules/Reporting
- Oracle Certification in PPM module would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills
