Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring qualified, patient-care-focused  Cooks   to work for a State Hospital in    Sugarland, TX.

Cooks  are responsible for working primarily in the food service operation.

  Job Responsibilities:

• Will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Cook food products for patients, café, catering functions, and doctor’s lounge. Maintain high quality, proper temperatures and garnish all plates.
• Coordinates with the Production Chef and Food Service Coordinators to ensure scheduled meal preparation and/or meal delivery.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• 2 or more years of experience.

Job Details:

• $18/hr  Starting based on experience + benefits.
• Part-Time - PRN Schedule varies
• Flexible and Rotating Shifts 5 am - 1:30 pm  OR 6 am - 2:30 pm  OR 11 am - 8 pm 
• No set Shift will be given 
• Will Work as needed 
• Holidays and Weekends
