Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Frederick, MD
Salary: $120k-$160k
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent with any of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, etc.

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with a wide range of projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents.

What You Will Be Doing

- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Responsible for project being on time and in budget

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
- Experience in 1 or more of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, etc.
- Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
