HAMPTON INN & SUITES DUAL PROPERTY SALES MANAGER, West Chester, OH

Hampton Inn & Suites Union Centre and Liberty Township is seeking a Hotel Sales professional for the dual Sales Manager position. This role will be responsible for overseeing all sales aspects for two focused service hotels in the West Chester market.

• Willing and able to Prospect Current and Prospective accounts
• Proficient with computer and client software including Microsoft and Outlook

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary Point of Contact for Groups, Corporate accounts and Small Meetings
• Create Proposals and contracts and manage POS from Inquiry to guest arrival
• Prospecting, Sales Appointments and In Person Sales Calls Weekly
• Monitor Market Trends and Competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Inquiries: Call ins, National Sales, Cvent, Hotel Referrals
• LNR / CNR Management / Contracts / Quarterly Reviews
• RFP Season - National Sales and Local Market
• Create and distribute Resumes & BEO Packet weekly to hotels
• Enter Rooming Lists
• Manage group pick up and Cutoff Dates
• End of Week & End of Month Recaps
• Actuals/ pick up reports monthly
• Quarterly Sales Blitz
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Create Annual Sales & Marketing plan - Yearly
• Assist in Annual Budget: Profit Plan - Yearly
• Additional Tasks as needed
