Position at Coastal Pacific Food Distributors

Coastal Pacific Food Distributors (CPFD) has Full-Time, Traffic Administration/Dispatcher position open in the Stockton Distribution Center, Transportation Department.  This role provides administration for all Shipping activities on an assigned shift in the Distribution Center. Works closely with Logistics, Shipping, and Receiving teams to coordinate and support warehousing and distribution functions.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Graduate or GED required.  In the absence of formal education, experience that is equivalent and directly related may be substituted.
Experience:  One or more years related experience with a proven track record in warehouse and distribution center operations.  
Knowledge:  Requires experience with business software like MS Word, Excel and Access.  
Skills and Abilities:  Requires knowledge of all warehouse equipment and processes, warehouse management systems, refrigerated and/or grocery warehouse products. Requires a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both oral and writing, with all levels of management and staff.  Good team building and facilitation skills, demonstrated by the performance of assigned teams, are also required.
