Full-Time or Part-Time Server Wanted at Our Authentic Thai Restaurant

We're currently seeking a full-time server who shares our passion for hospitality and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:
As a server, your role will be vital to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and providing them with menus - Taking orders accurately and ensuring they are served in a timely manner - Handling cash transactions efficiently - Delivering food and beverages to guests with a friendly attitude - Ensuring all guests have an enjoyable dining experience
The ideal candidate will have: -Exceptional customer service skills
-The ability to work independently -Excellent communication skills
-Strong attention to detail -Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in using POS system or similar software
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent service
- Knowledge of basic culinary terms and menu items
- Ability to handle food safely and follow food safety guidelines
- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
