Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking for a CNC Mill Machinist experienced with 5-Axis for a company in Santa Ana that produces a full suite of both mold and assembly tooling required for the aerospace manufacturing market. 2nd shift positions: 12-hour shift: 5 p.m.–1:30 a.m. For immediate consideration, apply today.

Responsibilities

• The CNC Mill Machinist will be expected to monitor the milling process, make adjustments as necessary, and perform quality checks to ensure that the finished products meet the required specifications.
• Additionally, the CNC Mill Machinist must be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process and make the necessary corrections to ensure the accuracy of the final product.

Job details

• Looking for at least 2 years of experience with 5-axis CNC Mill machines
• 5-axis machine experience for high-level
• Experience with Fanuc 15MB and 30i OR Heidenhain controls
• Siemens 840D controls experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints and have general shop math knowledge (including trig)
