Job description
Summary:
Selah Health is in search of a dedicated Salesforce Business Analyst Intern to become
part of our Digital Health Solutions team. This is an excellent opportunity to blend your
passion for healthcare with the dynamic functionalities of Salesforce. You will
collaborate closely with health professionals and our technical team to ensure that our
Salesforce implementations optimize patient care and administrative functions.
Location: Lewisville, TX
Duration: [3-6 months]

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering :
• Engage with healthcare professionals to understand, document, and prioritize
their operational needs and requirements.
• Translate medical and administrative requirements into Salesforce
functionalities.
Configuration and Testing :
• Assist in Salesforce configurations tailored to healthcare, including custom fields,
profiles, roles, and workflows.
• Support in designing and executing test scenarios to ensure patient data integrity
and functionality.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
• Contribute to creating and updating reports and dashboards in Salesforce
tailored to healthcare metrics.
• Analyze data trends to offer insights for improving patient care and
administrative efficiency.
Documentation :
• Aid in maintaining documentation of health-specific processes, configurations,
and workflows within Salesforce.
• Draft user manuals or training materials as required.
Collaboration :
• Work alongside developers, administrators, and medical professionals for
Salesforce development and integration projects.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide updates on project status.
Qualifications :
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s
program in Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on healthcare
applications.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to navigate both clinical and IT landscapes.
• Previous exposure to healthcare or CRM concepts is a bonus.
