Job description

For our Headquarters in Ora (South Tyrol, Italy) or Verona we are looking for a 

Group Accounting Manager Finance (m/f/d).

 

 

Key responsibilities: 

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement for statutory reporting purposes
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements; establish effective internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial data
• Assist in establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures related to consolidation activities; ensure adherence to these policies and provide guidance to subsidiaries
• Oversee intercompany transactions and reconcile balances between subsidiaries; Analyze IC-Transcations according to the Transfer Pricing Policy and support the elaboration of Master File and Country File
• Work in synergy with external consultants (tax consultants, auditors, accounting and legal consultants)
• Prepare commentaries related to disclosure documents and company’s performance (in coordination with local finance teams) 

 

Qualifications:

• University degree (economic field)
• Previous experience in a similar role in structured companies or Audit experience in “Big 4” environment
• Familiar to most important ERP Systems 
• Proficiensy with Ms Office;
• You are able to work with cross-functional departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from all hierarchies
• You are fluent in English. German and/or Italian would be desirable but are not essential
