Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a talented and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager with certification in Pardot or Marketo. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and executing our marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and driving the efficacy of our marketing programs.

Requirements:

Certification in Salesforce with strong working knowledge
Certification in Pardot or Marketo
At least 5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and Salesforce administration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing data
Experience in lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
Proficiency in database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in managing large marketing automation platforms and training direct reports

Role Responsibilities:

Design scalable processes to support efficient marketing strategies and drive alignment with Sales and Revenue Operations
Develop measurement plans with benchmarks and goals in collaboration with Marketing leadership
Monitor performance metrics, derive insights, and provide recommendations for pipeline optimization
Manage list segmentation and scoring for targeted messaging and improved engagement
Maintain lead management processes and ensure seamless data syncing between Salesforce and Pardot
Perform system maintenance and configuration, driving improvements and best practices
Provide clear job expectations, coaching, motivation, and evaluation for direct reports
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns for driving sales opportunities
