Plenus Group, Inc, is a food manufacturer with an extensive line of versatile soups, sauces and value-added specialty food items, our foodservice division offers restaurants and grocery stores many delicious ways to please their customers.
We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resource Manager to support our organization.
Job Duties:
- Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and execution.
- Collaborate and manage vendor relationships for full-cycle recruiting efforts and HR tasks and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting metrics.
- Handle employee inquires, concerns and requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct investigations related to HR matters as needed.
- Collaborate and assist in payroll processing.
- Perform other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred; but will consider experience in lieu of education.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experiences as HR Generalist preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Highest level of integrity.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
