REHAU Industries, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist for our Building Solutions division.  They are responsible for brand and marketing development of the REHAU Building Solutions by generating sustained demand and positioning REHAU as the preferred choice among contractors, engineers and builders.

Responsibilities:

Specific job responsibilities for the Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist include:

• Collaborating with marketing team to implement the divisional marketing strategies.
• Support in the organization of industry events and tradeshow in terms of concepts, graphic, organizational, invitations, etc.
• Driving content development and coordinating the production of all relative tools for communication (messaging, photo and video, brochures, POS, website, etc.)
• Implementing of tools for media and social media strategy, support in monitoring/evaluation of results
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action.”
• Supporting into the coordination with agencies Serve as a mentor to other Marketing & Communication Specialists
• Drive day-to-day collaboration with sales, engineering and product management teams
• Lead contractor loyalty program with emphasis on continuous improvement of program and system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communication, or associate degree in marketing communication with 6-9 years of experience
• 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Broader knowledge of theory, principle and application of marketing and communications to achieve and advise the broader team
• Hybrid work environment - 2-3 days in the office at Leesburg location
• 25% Travel required.

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on his or her skills, education, experience and geographic location. Total compensation may also include bonuses consistent with REHAU’s corporate bonus plan.
