YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Vocational Evaluator, your expertise shapes the destinies of individuals seeking purpose in their careers! Your day begins with insightful client interviews, delving into their employment, education, and training histories. You administer a battery of tests and vocational evaluation tools, uncovering their strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations. You also skillfully develop personalized employment plans, crafting pathways to success through education referrals, vocational training, and meaningful job placements. Collaborating with fellow service providers, you contribute to holistic client support, documenting your impact in the Fedcap CARES system.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• A Bachelor's degree or higher education OR equivalent experience
• A proven track record of exceptional customer service
• A valid driver's license
